Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Affiliate", "you", "your") and Roadrunner Autoparts Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your participation in our affiliate marketing program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.  Eligibility

1.1  You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to participate.

1.2  All registration information provided must be complete, truthful, and accurate.

1.3  The Company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2.  Commission Structure

2.1  The Affiliate shall earn up to six percent (6%) commission per confirmed sale generated through the Affiliate’s unique referral link or promotional code.

2.2  Commission rates may vary by product category or promotional campaign and may be adjusted by the Company without prior notice.

3.  Payments

3.1  Commissions will be paid monthly once the minimum payout threshold of PKR 500 is reached.

3.2  Payments will be made via Digital Wallets, or bank transfer as provided by the Affiliate.

3.3  Sales that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent are not eligible for commission.

3.4  The Company reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

4.  Affiliate Obligations

4.1  The Affiliate shall not engage in any false, misleading, or deceptive promotional practices.

4.2  The use of spam, unsolicited messages, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.3  Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5.  Account Inactivity

5.1  If no sales are generated within any thirty (30) consecutive days, the Company reserves the right to deactivate the Affiliate account without prior notice.

5.2  Reactivation requests must be submitted in writing along with a revised promotional strategy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Roadrunner Autoparts (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information of individuals who participate in our Affiliate Program (“you”, “your”). By signing up, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect the following information from you when you apply or participate in our Affiliate Program:

·         Contact number

·         Email address

·         Payment details (for commission payouts)

·         Government-issued ID or business registration (if required for verification)

·         Social media handles or website links (if applicable)

·         Affiliate performance data (sales, clicks, referrals)

2.  How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

·         Verify and approve affiliate accounts

·         Track your sales, referrals, and commissions

·         Process commission payouts

·         Send you important updates about the program

·         Prevent fraud or misuse of the program

·         Comply with legal and tax obligations

3.  Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only with:

·         Payment processors (to send your commissions)

·         Service providers like GoAffPro (to manage the affiliate system)

·         Legal authorities if required by law

4.  Cookies and Tracking

Our affiliate system uses cookies to track referrals and sales. Cookies are stored in a user’s browser for up to [e.g., 30 days]. If cookies are deleted or blocked, sales may not be tracked.

5.  Account Deactivation

We reserve the right to deactivate affiliate accounts if:

·         No sales are generated for 1 month or more

·         Fraudulent, fake, or self-referral orders are detected

·         Program terms and conditions are violated

6.  Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no online system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.  Your Rights

You have the right to:

·         Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

·         Request correction or deletion of your information

·         Withdraw from the Affiliate Program at any time

8.  Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you via email or through the affiliate dashboard when changes are made.
