Delivery Refusal

  • Refusing delivery without a valid reason will result in a non-refundable deduction covering shipping and handling costs.
  • Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason will be responsible for two-way shipping costs (forward and return) and any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
