Delivery Refusal

  • Refusing delivery without a valid reason will result in a non-refundable deduction covering shipping and handling costs.
  • Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason will be responsible for two-way shipping costs (forward and return) and any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

    Blacklisting and Legal Action

    • Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in blacklisting, which will prevent you from placing future orders.
    • Any fraudulent intent or misuse of our services may lead to legal proceedings under the Contract Act 1872.
