Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery Refusal
- Refusing delivery without a valid reason will result in a non-refundable deduction covering shipping and handling costs.
- Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason will be responsible for two-way shipping costs (forward and return) and any applicable restocking fees.
Exceptions
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Delivery Responsibility

- Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Blacklisting and Legal Action
- Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in blacklisting, which will prevent you from placing future orders.
- Any fraudulent intent or misuse of our services may lead to legal proceedings under the Contract Act 1872.
