Refund and Exchange Policy

At Roadrunner Autoparts (SMC PVT) Ltd, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Items
- All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
- Customized products (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item, size, or color.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or a replacement may be offered.
4. Process to Request Exchange
Please provide your Order Number, clear photos of the product, and reason for exchange.

5. International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping charges for international orders must be covered by the buyer, unless the error is from our side.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
- If a refund is approved (in rare exceptions), the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
