Shipping and Delivery Policy

Roadrunner Autoparts (SMC PVT) Ltd. is committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Methods and Timelines

a. Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Payment Options:
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Card Payments via Stripe
  • Order Cancellation:
  1. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before dispatch.
  2. Contact us immediately with your Order Number and Product Name via email, WhatsApp, chatbot or other platforms.
  3. If advance payment was made, it will be refunded in full.

b. International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10 to 15 working days (varies by destination country).
  • Payment Terms:
  1. Only advance payment is accepted for international orders.
  2. No COD available.
  • Custom Duties & Taxes:

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s authorities are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Order Cancellation (International):
  1. Can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, before shipment.
  2. Notify us via email, WhatsApp or chatbot with your Order Number.
  3. Full refund will be issued for advance payment if cancelled on time.
  • Failed Delivery:
  1. We make one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to contact via email or WhatsApp.
  2. If the customer fails to respond, any disposal or return shipping charges will be deducted and payable by the customer.
  • No Returns for International Orders:
  1. Once shipped, international orders cannot be returned, unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

  •  Delivery Responsibility
  1. We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.
  2. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
  3. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost.

  • Refusal of Delivery
  1. If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, they will be liable to pay:
  2. Two-way shipping charges (initial delivery + return shipping)
  3. Any applicable restocking fees
  4. Repeated refusal may lead to blacklisting and denial of future orders.

  • Address Changes
  1. If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order:
  2. Notify us within 2 to 5 hours of order placement.
  3. Provide the new address, Order Number, and Product Name.
  4. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

  •  Delays and Force Majeure
  1. Delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or war-like situations may occur.
  2. Customers are expected to allow reasonable time and patience in such circumstances.

  •  Legal and Compliance Notice
  1. Misuse of our services, false claims, or fraudulent activities may result in blacklisting or legal action under the Contract Act 1872.
  2. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.
